If you use gmail and google calender, there are settings built in to both to be able to sync with outlook. In gmail, you need to go into account settings and have it check other email. Just need you other address and password. In calender, you will need to go to settings and use the search function. I apologize, I cannot remember exactly how to do it, but it was really easy.

If you have a Microsoft Exchange account, then just set your email (Stock email works fine for me) and your contacts, calendar, tasks and notes in Outlook will be synced immediately!
Otherwise, if you don't have an Exchange account, CompanionLink works quite well.
