HTC Sense again

Hi!

I am newbie in smartphones world and HTC Inspire 4G is my first one. We have a family plan and data 250MB (for now?).
I red about HTC Sense and there are many improvments but...
I have WI-FI at work but not other. My questions are:
Is it HTC Sense Free?
Do you recommended me to install it for my plan?

huh? HTC sense comes with the phone it is a UI, HTCsense.com is free also

1. without wifi at home, you could very easily go over 250mb.

2. sense comes built it, so yes it's "free." think of it as htc's version of android.
