Help HTC sense FORCE CLOSE!!! HELP!!

My phone has a HTC sense force close error! I have no access to ANYTHING on my phone now. I can not get into settings or menu... anything. Any suggestions???

NO! no battery pull! doesn't help! I have same problem! Taking the battery out can cause further damage. My boyfriend thinks it's from a faulty app, I downloaded Team coco app ( conan obrian) and my phone keeps rebooting HTC Sense because it has a force close error. It could be the fact that there is a memory leak caused by this app, or whatever app you downloaded. I need to figure out how to get into my phone without booting up HTC Sense so i can take this stupid app off!!! DON'T KNOW HOW! NEED HELPPPP ASAP!!!!
