As I was scrolling through my "downloaded apps" list looking for things I no longer had a use for, I noticed one of the apps was labeled HTC Sense. This struck me as odd because HTC Sense come preloaded with the phone. When I opened the "all" list, HTC Sense was listed twice. One of the logos was the clock widget and bottom home-screen menu (the one in "downloaded") and the other was "htc" green, in all lowercase.

I have restored my HTC Sense scene using Titanium Backup which may be causing it to appear in "downloads". If this is the case, is it safe to delete the one from "downloads"?

    Thank you in advance! :D

i don't see that in downloaded apps. since you are using a 34rd party program, perhaps you are looking at some potential back stored locally.

there isn't a way for you to delete anything that's burned in ROM unless you have rooted or tampered with your device to alter its ROM contents..
