HTC sense on DHD??

I've had a look at the other threads about this but none seem to cover my issue or my thickness with this.

I'm trying to sign up to this but it never goes to the end.
I believe I have an account and I 'think' I have set one up but cannot log onto it and haven't received an email to prove activation.
Any ideas how I can get onto this account?
I have used my email address and password, just email address and click forgot password and answer the question but nothing seems to work, it always goes to what seems like almost the end of the process but never allowing me to get logged into this.
I cannot change anything without this like ring tone etc so stuck with a really dodgy one, as you can imagine this is a matter of urgency, lol.

Have you clicked on phone finder in settings/location?

I set my HTC Sense up online, then verified the email online (on my laptop), then the phone asked me to connect about 2 hours later after a restart and it seemed to be ok.

HHHMMM, no but it does try to locate my phone and cannot so that could be the problem
