HTC Support


I have posed several questions to HTC Support, via their website, both before I bought the HD Desire and after purchasing. On each occasion the responses have been slow and without exception not bothering to read the questions I pose but just reeling off a generic answer. The latest query was about why their Sync program does NOT sync Outlook 2000 calendar as they say it should; their answer was ' please use our Sync program'! Just what is wrong with these people and do HTC know how absolutely useless their email support is?
Thank goodness there are forums like this as it allows the manufacturers off the hook!
