Help HTC Sync - Playlists

I can't seem to get my WIndows Media Player playlists to sync with my TBolt.

I saw another post here that indicated that the sync application was looking for an M3U playlist, but that did not seem to work either.

I have pointed the HTC sync application at the location where my playlists are located, but it does not show any playlists in the list to select which ones to sync.

Any and all help is appreciated! I'm headoug on a road trip today & really want to take my tunes along!

I found an article talking about using MediaMonkey to sync the music with the phone.

Not quite as nice as having the HTC Symc app do it, but at least I'm getting what I need.
