Help HTC turned my phone into a sprint phone...

I mailed this phone back because it was not charging. HTC sends it back still broke. I then mail my battery back and get a new one, doesn't help. I pay to mail my phone back yet again, and now it comes back as an HTC EVO 3D for Sprint.


A real "WTF" moment. I don't even know.

Sprint originally had the HTC EVO 3D. Eventually the identical phone was repackaged as the HTC EVO V 4G for Virgin Mobile, with the only difference being the preloaded software. My guess is you got a refurbished Sprint branded phone, but the MEID will most likely be a VM MEID.

Many people will tell you that the Sprint branded phone with the HTC logo on the back cover is THE model to have.

In the last year I've had all of the permutations, currently unbranded, just HTC on the front and back.

I got a Sprint Labeled phone with a Virgin Mobile backplate. It is rare that someone would get a phone with two labels.

I currently have a evo. V with just HTC in the front and back

Mine had the Virgin Mobile branding on the back until I got a Seidio extended battery and matching cover.
