htc wildfire help so bably needed

hi All
first time here and i need you guys help in some problems.
so sit back and read on

i have 2 htc wildfire phones (both are unocked)
first here are the details (both phones are the same)
BUZZ PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-1.01.0002
TOUCH PANEL (ONE GOOD AND ONE FAIL)
RADIO-3.35.20.10
DEC 27 2010, 17:49:10

So here are my problems
Phone 1 boots ok but the touch screen does not respond i have put the mother board in phone 2 (of which the touch screen states ok) and the touch screen is the same.

phone 2
does not boot at all just sits on the HTC logo nothing more but i can get into HBOOT.

i have tried to restore using so many methods but i can get the phones to work. i have tried to create gold cards and i cannot get the CID from either phone.

im smashing my head against the wall now as i have tried so many fixes that i have found on the net

i did get the CID out of one of them and got the goldcard.img file but when i go to patch all i get is "could not get access to MMC"

any ide'as anyone really need these 2 phones fixed
