HTC wildfire: how to store multiple phone numbers in single contact?

Edit the contact - at the very bottom is a button to "Add - add more information" This lets you add other bits and pieces such as extra phones/fax/emails etc. Just select from that list...

Am I missing something cos I don't see anything that says 'Add'. Is this because I am with 3 mobile?

Would you be able to tell me how do i get all my emails which are hosted on our office exchange mail to the htc wildfire, as the device is syncing but still cannot see my mails on the device?
