HTC windows 7 new phones

    Yes I've seen them. The phones themselves look cool, but this is an android forum. These phones run windows. So, no offense intended...why did you post this in the HTC Desire Android section?

    Yeah I know, just didn't realise that htc were jumping on the windows 7 mobile bandwagon.

    HTC are 50/50 Android/Windows and have been for a while.

    the 1st htc devices were windows
    i remember the xda, i couldnt let it run out of battery as if it did it would have 20mins to get a charge or it would wipe itself
    epic device lol

    Ah I had a PDa just like that. Would wipe out everything including the sat nav software. Up until the sealed battery failed of course.
    The sealed battery I reported to Acer (whilst still in warranty) as possibly being at fault because it didn't appear to hold charge as long as I would expect. They assured me it was within spec...

    This should really be in off topic or something :p

    ...and before that, they were close to (if not completely) 100% Windows Mobile, so no shocks there.

    I'm just glad they started doing android phones.
