HTC Wired Remote Control Stereo Headset

I did a search and nothing came up in the Sprint Hero forums about this, but I was wondering if anyone has ordered and is using this headphone and if it works well with all it's functions. It seems to work on multiple HTC phones and some other sites have the Sprint Hero listed as compatible, but Phandroids store does not. Also does anyone know if it hooks up the EMU port at the bottom of the phone or the 3.5 jack. Please let me know. Thanks!
