I noticed, on my computer running Win7, that my cursor was acting if something was pinging in/out for a split second. You know where the cursor turned from the arrow to the circle.
Narrowed it down to the HTC sync program.
I "ended process" on the HTCVBTserver.exe, after eliminating the rest, and it stopped.
Un-installed the htc sync and it stopped.
    Anyone else notice this?
I'm a newb at smartphones/droids, is there a fix for this?

Same thing happening with me. Running Windows Vista. Finally narrowed it down in the Windows Task Manager. Ended the process and it took care of it.
