    Hi everybody,
    I'm using a Galaxy S tablet from Samsung.
    Is there anyone out there that can answer my questions ?
    1- How can I change the extension of a txt-file to an html-file ( ex: abcdef.txt -> abcdef.html) ?
    2- Which app is good for editing html-files ?
    Thanks for your help/advise.

    Use the stock Samsung File Manger app. However it will give you a warning about changing the extension, but just tap "Change".

    Just to clarify, are you attempting to correct a misnamed file or are you instead trying to convert a txt file into an actual html file?
    If the former, than yeah any file manager app will suffice. If the latter however, this isn't going to work. Just renaming any file's suffix file type won't magically convert it into a different file type. This typically involves some kind of app or application to do the actual conversion process. In the case of a common text file, even if you do rename it from txt to html, in any browser it's just going to appear as a complete solid block of text with no formatting (no spaces, no paragraphs, no line breaks). A work processor can take a basic text file and export it as html, but note that this doesn't necessarily create something like an actual web page. it's just plain text with the necessary formatting. Well, unless that is what you want, a basic web page that appears in a web browser with just text (non of the typical annoying eye-candy and animations).
