Since I do not like other people to be able to scan my passowrd, I always try to login with HTTPS. Actually, my browser warns me against logging in on a non-HTTPs page.

Is it possible to login on Androidforums.com with HTTPs?
https://androidforums.com does not seem to work (at least the past does not come up with me).
Is there a special reason that androidforums has choosen not to enable this?

    Thank you!

PS: is this the right place to ask questions about the forum; I could not really find a place for questions about the workings of the forum itself. Anyway, I'm very happy that somebody made this forum possible.

I don't know the answer myself, but I can move this to a place where one might be found.

Good question, although I don't know the answer myself.

Although, even if SSL is/became an option, that wouldn't negate the need to use unique passwords for each website you visit (or at least the important ones such as banking/email).
