Help huawei m860 stuck on android screen

stupid phone is stuck on the screen and thats it itried hard reset but nothing its still stuck

Ok first and foremost what did you do or not do to it? Did you root? If so what did you use to root with?

We need to know, did you just do a power off, and then try to power it back on? Did you flash anything to the phone.

This is all information we are going to need to know to try to help you.

If all else fails follow the instructions on doing a factory reset.

it wont do a factory reset i turned it on thats it nothing else has been done

try pulling your battery for 5 minutes or so than put it back in and test it.
