Root i again bricked my phone :(

my phone is dead and i tried every method to unbrick it but not working . i get an error of com3. i think i need to visit svc . any help would be appriciated

I have bricked my phone about 20 times

but format+download worked fine

b4 making a click on format+download button

remove the battery and reinsert it

now click on format+download

now it should work

last time when I tried to format+download it showed the same error

then I restarted my pc

then all went well

lol I just tried to modify that mito scatter file by replacing its text with mmx scatter file to avoid bricking

but my a75 continued its suiciding act

now its 21st time that I have bricked and restored my device

Abhishek, it's a great chance... visit the service center. I've heard they've got an update of stock rom. Get it installed on your cell and then provide us a new dump... paahlleeezzz....

And yeah, all the best...

one more thing guys format+download works only if u ur device bricked
BTW I had that same problem "com 3" error in win7
but it is solved in win xp

becoz sometimes in win7 the preloader drivers doesn't gets installed properly

that might be the problem win7 64bit is a shit in many things

@aayushdutta i asked svc two days back and he said there is no new update available

I think that's why format+download is not working for u

That was a suicide man...the flash memory may get corrupted n hence the preloader so ur device is not detecting even with format+download...

If you've "bricked" your phone 20 times and recovered from it you aren't bricking it.

Bricks aren't recovered from. That term get tossed around too much.

but this mt6573 brick is little different from other phones

its not a software brick

if u take ur phone to the service centre in this state
they will replace the motherboard

even micromax svc dont know to how to recover it


mt6573 can never be hard bricked

it only happens if u removed ur cable while flashing boot.img

Successfully restored with win xp. Thanks to all members for helping and specially saivignesh for letting me know that format+download works on win xp but not win 7 but one thing i want to know is i didnt require to restore iemi as my sims are working properly isn't that strange?

Format+download however worked for me on Win7.n even I didn't had to do anything about imei nos. as i used restore data option in recovery after format+download.did u do the same???

I didnt do anything just booted my phone and sims were working.
