I bought a metro s3 from craigslist and it's still activated. I tried to deactivate it so I can activate it on my account but I dunno the dudes 8 digit pin number for his account. Is there anyway to get around this please help

call the dude and ask what his birthday is.. or send him an email, also hope he doesn't have insurance and decide to report the phone stolen.. he gets a new phone for $50.. and you get a nice paperweight

Along side the birthday they all a secondary question. Usually like your birth place too. If the bill isn't paid about a month to three months before the phone is deactivated.

Turns out that he bought a new phone and I just got a good deal $200 for his s3 and I'm already rooted with custom Roms thanks guys
