I can not post rating with comments

When I try to rate apps on my new HTC one from Verizon the submit button hides behind the keyboard and scrolling doesn't work.

If I add a bunch of newlines the page scrolls then when I delete the the submit button is visible but grayed out (disabled).

So I am unable to submit reviews from the phone for any apps.


I think this is a Google play bug but is anyone else experiencing it ?

Any solutions to make the submit button active ?

I tried a couple different apps that i actually liked and went to review form the device. i had no issues with doing so.

ive moved this to the app section so a broader audience can see your question and perhaps help.

maybe uninstall the app store updates and then reinstall them, see if that makes a difference.

i am ASSuming you are in the google app store wen you are doing this, no?

and this happens for ANY app you choose?

have you tried a different keyboard?

I am in app store (Google play) yes it happens for all apps I have tried to review.

I have not tried another keyboard. I will try that and report back.

I just installed Google keyboard to replace HTC keyboard. Same problem. As soon as I focus on comments submit scrolls down behind keyboard. I am able to lower the Google keyboard but the submit button is greyed out so can not submit.

Strange....

My bad I was not entering a summary. Apparently required to submit. New keyboard ability to lower made it easier to figure this out.

Just press the back button to hide the keyboard.

That wasn't working with HTC default keyboard. Working now with Google keyboard installed.
