Hi, I have a ZTE Blade A452 with dual sims. One sim is Dutch:- Aldi (KPN) and the other is German:- Otelo (Vodaphone). I live in the Netherlands but spend a lot of time in Germany. I would like to be able to switch on data when not in wifi range without roaming, however, neither works, ie, I can't access the internet when in the Netherlands when I switch on the Dutch sim card data usage nor the German sim when in Germany. I conclude that the problem lies with the phone? I have tried various things, such as, changing access point names but nothing seems to work. I would be ever so grateful if someone can suggest a solution. Kindest Regards Peter

Yes, sometimes with prepaid SIMs, you might have to buy a data package. Otherwise data won't connect, and it's calls and texts only. Check the SIM documentation and carrier websites for that. You may have to send a particular SMS short code to activate it.
