Help I can't connect to my computer Via USB

Running Windows Vista w/ LG Optimus S
When I plug in my phone it doesnt show up as an external device in "My Computer". It used to up to about 3 days ago. I could access the folders on the phone and install ringtones,swap photos,music, etc.
I have debugging turned on .Any ideas?
