I can't find widgets on my phone

Hi there, I have a chinese phone that I have imported. It's a HTM M3.

I can't seem to find widgets. It does not appear as an option when you press menu on the home page. It doesn't appear when you press and hold the wallpaper for 3 seconds. And it is not in the apps menu at the top. The phone is here...

It is running jellybean.
Here is a pic with specs.
at the bottom you can see the apps menu with just 'Apps' at the top but not Widgets.

Long press on the desktop screen and select "apps and widgets". Look at the top of the apps screen for the word "Widgets" that is greyed out to the right of the word APPS and press on that. Hope this helps.
