I have HTC One M7 running android 4.4.3, when. I am making call I can't hear and the receiver can't hear me too, I tried factory reset and it worked for sometimes, after few days the problem was back, but if I am calling through whatsapp or any social network we can hear each other
Another issues my phone keep showing me that there are available updates and if I try to download them, during installation, phone will shutdown itself and it will try to install but when it is almost finish, it will say failed, then a red triangle will display in the screen
