Support I cant move pics from my PC to my phone

    I don't know for sure if it will work, but if you're using a USB cable and/or Kies, then don't. Especially Kies, it's a terrible piece of software.

    Try Airdroid instead. Install the app from the Play Store, go to web.airdroid.com on your computer, and scan the QR code with your phone to connect your devices and transfer all the files you want.

    Earlier today, I wanted to burn a CD, so I went on Airdroid, transferred all the music I wanted from my phone to my PC, and then burned the disc. I can only imagine that it would work with photos as well.

    or if you have an SD card and reader, just drag the music onto it :thumbup:

    Just press Yes, and the file will copy without problem.

    This is a standard message, simply because by using USB you can copy any file, even one
    that is not supported by Samsung. It only gives you generic warning, without actually knowing
    what format you copy, that it might not be compatible. It's not an error nor a problem. Just the
    way it works.
