Hi, I'd like to know if there's anyway to fix my phone without flashing it.
The problem is that I rooted my i9003l and deleted twlauncher (TouchWiz Launcher) cause I was using GO Launcher EX, my phone worked without problems for a long time but now I hard-reseted it.
It asks me to follow several steps like choosing a language and an internet connection, but then I get an error message: "the application phonesetupwizard (processcom.sec.android.app.phonesetupwizard) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
Googling it, I found out that the error is twlauncher related.
Is there anyway to replace the missing files so that I'll be able to access my phone and re-install twlauncher? I don't want to flash my phone cause, as you can see by the silly mistake I've made, I'm not very good at this and I'd rather not risking making it even worse.
    Thanks.
