I don't get LTE anymore?

Completely random, but after i update my PRL, i dont get LTE anymore?

I used to and im going to sprint today to get that checked out, but ive updated it multiple times since then and nothing?

Only 3G where i used to get LTE

and im roaming where i used to get 3G its weird

most likely the SIM card got corrupted. when the CS agent asked me what I needed, he said 'that means the SIM card is bad, let me get you a new one'..... he did not even test it, just threw it away.

go to a local Retail carrier dealer, and have them reflash the SIM card, or just get a new one....

on my Note 4, the SIM was corrupted so bad, they had to junk it and gave me a new one.

LTE 4g started working immediately
