A few days ago I rooted my phone and installed a cyanogenmod to get android 4.4.4 on my sony xperia sp. Everything on my phone works fine, but when I wanted to do something with my GPS it dind't work. When I searched for GPS settings in my phone I couldn't find any (only if you also want to use wifi networks to help track your location).

Does someone know how I can fix this?

Could be the GPS function is broken in that version of CyanogenMod for this phone. Sometimes these things happen with custom ROMs, things might not work as they should, unsupported, to be implemented, etc. Either you'll have to find a another ROM for that device that does work, or revert to the original Sony Xperia firmware ROM, or perhaps submit a report to Cyanogen for bug-fix.
