I dropped my sumsung galaxys4 in the water , what should I do to get it back to work?

Hi

Turn off. Take it apart ie battery out sd out sim out, pack it in dry rice for as long as possible - at least 48 hrs. Reassemble with fingers crossed. There really is no guarantee that it will work again but you can try. Water is really bad for phones especially when they are turned on as it shorts everything and subjects processor chips to voltages they are not designed to handle.
