Help I erased all data!!! Help

By mistake I erased all data on my Novo 7 Paladin. Everything is in chinese now. Please help me set my tablet again in English. What I should do? Links or App to download to restore it to the condition I received it few days ago.

go to settings.
then click on the icon with an A
there the first option is the language. click there. select the language.
