I finally caved :(

    I've wanted a Galaxy S2 since the day they came out.. but I kept thinking, is it a big enough upgrade?

    Well today I finally caved and got one :p

    I have 8 months left of my Desire contract, so I'll be paying

    The phone itself is amazing, but connecting it to PC using the Samsung software is proving to be a bit of a nightmare!

    I think i jumped the gun a little, just had to restart my pc. i dont normally bother restarting when it tells me to but i had to on this occasion :p

    Edit: I didn't jump the gun, Kies is rubbish.

    I too switched from the Desire to the SGS2 and so happy to do so. I liked the Desire but had to root it for memory and this phone I can just leave and enjoy..

    As I've discovered since rooting mine. Rooting and installing roms is half the fun :D

    I find rooting a chore. Having to do a nandroid backup, wipe, flash a rom, wait about 10 minutes for the phone to boot.. I won't miss it one bit :p
