Root I give up! Headache Free method of moving apps to SD or Memory Swapping

After running Carbon Rom 4.2.2 and constantly running into problems regarding my storage, i've decided to do something about it.

What is the easiest, headache free method of either moving app data, changing default install location, or swapping my internal and external memory (open to installing custom roms, currently running PureBean HD 4.3.1)

Does the OEM release of JB support moving apps to SD?
