Help I have the international version of the s7 edge SM-G935F. No connection/ Emergency call only issue.

Samsung told me that they dont have any kind software for me to update the firmware for the phone, Im basically on my own to figure it out. I need some advice on how to complete this task on my own. Anyone else have this issue? If so, please advise on how to resolve this ****ing annoying issue! Thanks all.

Could be something wrong with your Sim card.
Not sure where exactly on the S7 but look in Settings-About Phone-Status- Sim Status.

No service and emergency calls only. Did you buy the phone second hand, possible it's blacklisted.
