I have to double tap everythiiinnngg

Hi I have a HTC Desire 626. Recently I cracked my phone and its been doing fine up till now. I have to click what app I want to go on and then a green box will pop.up and I have to double tap the app again. I also cannot scroll or swipe or hold down anything. Everthing time I click something it vibrates and its just really slow and annoying help
