I lost the market

    Im running 2.2 cyanogen 6.0 and watermark'D after i got done loading this everything worked email internet ect.ect. but not the market does anybody know what I did wrong thanks

    ok where do i put the file? sorry pretty new to this

    ok I put it on the root of the sd card went to recovery mode install it and now it is stuck on the touch the android to start screen

    ok so it looks like I dont have google sync or contacts either so I'm guessing that i didnt add the google add ons right

    Did you wipe data and cache before you flashed your rom? If you didn't I would got back and wipe then reflash your rom. This should make the market and your contacts come back up. I had the same issue when flashing my first rom because of a wiping issue, once I went back in and wiped and reflashed I had market and contacts up and running perfectly. Hope this helps :)

    I did a wipe/restore and it didn't help

    I did a wipe/factory restore it didn't help I thunk it has to do with the Google apps

    you must apply the gapps with this rom it says so in the thread about it. i personally have no experience with it however.

    ya next time I will do a bit more reading before just flashing things. I got it fixed just now reflashed the cyanogen 6.0.0 and gapps and it is all working now thanks guys for all the help
