Help I messed up my LG Volt

I froze some apps and things seemed cool so I deleted the apps. Things seemed all right but my ringtones stopped working. I tried a factory reset and now the only way I can download is by Bluetooth transfer and the phone doesn't recognize my microsd card anymore. I'm thinking the v3 full stock rom install might do the trick but I can't find it. I've got the zv4.zip file from here but I haven't tried it because I don't want to do more damage. Any ideas on how to fix my Volt? Thanks.

I have no idea what you got rid of to cause this, but just flash the v4 zip. It will restore everything.
