Help I might have malicious software! What should I do?

So when I thought I was going to install a game from an APK file, I instead installed an app with no name which was unintentional. Ever since I've installed it, pop-ups appear from nowhere. Usually when I get on my phone after not using it. Here's a screenshot:

I can't disable the app or uninstall it, and it's stuck on my phone. None of the antivirus or antimalaware apps I tried found any issues related to this app. I tried CM Security, Avast, and Malwarebytes.

I gave as many details as possible. What to do?

Never mind. I figured it out! If you have the same issue you may do the same resolution:
1. Install ES FileExplorer.
2. Go to settings.
3. Go to security.
3. Go to Device Administrators.
4. Unchecked the no name app.
5. Run Es FileExplorer.
6. Tap "App"
7. Look for the app with no name.
8. Tao on the icon, which should be blank.
9. Tap "Uninstall"
DONE!
