Root I need help with rooting

Hi I have a samsung galaxy proclaim I have tried the SuperOneClickRoot and it always got stalled on step 7 waiting for phone I had it hooked up to computer for about 20min and stayed the same I tried the Z4root that didn't work either I was able to get super user on phone all the samsung driver's are all upto date on computer I have the usb debugging check on phone also can some one help please and tell me the best way to root my phone thanks
