Hi i need help im Install CWM, but accidentally deleted all my MS323. Now I can not do anything. there a way to restore the STOCK ROM?

I did the same thing lol..

I had to reinstall the LAF file so I could access oem recovery, then I used the LG tool to flash the KDZ.

How can I restore the partition LAF? restorative program does not recognize my CELL

I struggled to get the LG flash program to recognize my phone when it was just booting to CWM... plug the phone in to the computer and you should see a W5 in device manager, If you do the correct drivers are not installed, I used windows update to find them, once it installed correctly the LG flash tool allowed me to flash a KDZ... if you cant manage to revive it, send me the brick in the mail and I will try to fix for you.
