I pre-ordered GS7 thru Verizon. Questions about delivery.

I pre-ordered through Verizon. They hinted, but did not promise, that my phone could be delivered 2-3 days before the March 11 launch. Anyone have any info about this? Past experience with pre-orders?

Also, will they deliver it to my home even if no one is there to sign? They wouldn't let me change my delivery address to my office.

Update: according to AT&T my estimated ship date for the Galaxy S7 edge is March 7. I suspect most other carriers would have similar, early ship dates.

Yup, this was my estimated delivery date for my S7 on AT&T.

Yep. I'm with Sprint and have the same delivery date.

I ordered via T-Mobile on day 1. Have yet to get a delivery date. But they just charged me

Verizon ships through FedEx and they do have the signature policy so if no adult is there they won't leave it. Also, Verizon can change the shipping address, they call it an ITTS ticket. If they're ready to ship to you, they won't wait until March 11, they'll just ship it.

I, unfortunately, had to cancel my pre-order and then place it a second time due to having to switch around the contract to make it work properly. Guess that puts me further behind in the shipping order. Oh well, a few days later won't be the end of the world. I'm on verizon so there's not promise they will ship early like t-mobile anyways.
