After having ridiculous problems with it, like it cutting my WiFi off every time I get a phone call and not letting me view web pages, rapidly draining battery by constantly switching from 3G to 1X after sending or receiving text messages, force close messages etc. Some dorky lookin dude with a plaid shirt and a bad haircut walks up and asks me to see the phone, so I hand it to him. He tells me that he's going to do a hard reset.. I tell him I've done that twice in one day and it didn't solve a thing.. "Well I'm going to do one." he tells me.. like he can magically make everything better if HE does it.. He takes it back there... resets it, I'm waiting for maybe 15 minutes..he comes back out and hands me my freshly wiped f*ckin phone and tells me "Well I used it for a few minutes to try to make those things you reported happen but I couldn't...".. hands me the phone and I don't even look in his direction and I say "thanks". Yeah thanks for nothing. My youtube videos still don't play, WiFi doesn't work, and my phone still lags on Sense UI. Just a rant/story about my dealings with Verizon's customer service morons. I'm stuck with this thing til March it looks like.
