I9500 is dead after connecting it to subwoofer

    Hi all,

    yesterday I was trying a new subwoofer and while waiting for my laptop to start I've connected my S4 I9500 to it

    then it gone completely dead, not responding to anything at all including charging, usb and I've even tried to reset it . not working at all

    Can anyone help me fix this problem plz

    How did you connect? Via the 3.5mm headphone jack I presume.

    I can't see how connecting it like that would cause a problem. I'm presuming you connected to the sub woofer's input and the sub woofer itself has a built in amplifier. Connecting it to the output might damage the phone, but I rather think this may be a bad coincidence.
