Help Icons in the menu have lined up

All the icons in the menu have lined up in a single line and are now split over 52 pages. Is this something that can be fixed without doing a factory reset?

Do you mean the app drawer? Which launcher are you using.

Is it just simply changing the view from list to grid by selecting menu??
