You can get the color code with 7zip and gimp if you can't find it on XDA.
If you have an ICS theme update.zip, doesn't matter which one as long as it has the correct color, you can use 7zip to open the theme, open one of the .pngs with gimp. Use the color picker tool tool, select a region on the image with the color you want. In the main tool bar on the left you will see the color in a little box, double click on the color and a pop up screen will appear. On this screen you will see a box with the heading HTML Notation, this code is the hexidecimal color code.

If you have trouble locating the .pngs, go here: open the theme.zip / system / Framework-res.apk / res

Drag and drop the res folder onto your desktop then navigate to res / drawable-hdpi. Inside this folder are a pile of .png images that get displayed on your phone. Right click on an image with the color you want, and open with gimp.
I currently don't have any themes or roms with ICS elements, or I would post up the hex code.
