I'm not eligible for an upgrade until March, so I'm gonna wait until then to get a new phone, despite really wanting a Galaxy Nexus, now.

Does anyone know if there are any phones expected to be released in Q1 2012 with ICS?

I'm with Verizon and won't be switching, but I'd like to hear about any phones that are in the works for curiosity sake.

The ASUS PadPhone is the only one I know of that will be running ICS on release that's probably available by March. Not expecting Galaxy S3 til June.

The Rezound - a current phone obviously - is expected to have ICS by then as well.

As for new phones in the pipeline, usually there's a delay from CES to hitting the pipeline, but we'll know for sure shortly.

    Thanks for the responses.

Looks like I'll likely still be getting the Nexus. Not being able to mount the device for USB transfer is a major concern for me, but I may just have to live with it

AFAIK you can mount the device for USB transfer via mass storage mode. That's sort of normal for all Android phones?

The Nexus can't be mounted in the same fashion as other android phones. It can be connected to a computer, but the file transfer is in a different, significantly slower fashion. I'm butchering the explanation of this, but there are plenty of complaints/explanations in the Galaxy Nexus forum. At first, their was concern that this was an ICS limitation, but it turns out it's a Nexus limitation.

    EDIT: here's a better explanation http://www.engadget.com/2011/11/21/ice-cream-sandwich-supports-usb-mass-storage-after-all-galaxy-n/

Speaking of ICS limitations, if March comes and they still don't have some of my favortie apps working (HBOGo, WatchESPN, NFL Mobile, Sunday Ticket) I will have to go with another 4G phone (likely the Rezound as EarlyMon suggested)....what a waste of a beautiful screen and 4G speeds not to have apps like those working.
