ICS. Settings>Data Usage

Initially I had a screen similar to below:

Now when I go in, I do not have the "Set Mobile Data Limit" check box. The red and orange limits do not appear so I cannot alter them, and I cannot alter the cycle dates

Has this happened to anyone else before? Is there any way to get my screen back similar to that of above?

I'm using wanamlite so unsure if it's related to this or not.

I running the same version of Wanamlite with the kernel that came with it......I have no issues.
