Identifying icons

I am new and can't yet post an images or links yet. I believe the icon it is part of google and looks like an outline of a person on a blue background- similar to a profile type icon. Can anyone tell me what it is?

I know you say it may be google related and that could be, just where exactly are you seeing it?
