If a phone has these bands, what GSM carriers will it get high-speed data on?

    Pretty much all of them that have high speed networks.

    Unless it's the G2X, which somehow managed to be released differently than the FCC filing and then continued to be advertised with the AT&T bands even though it doesn't have them.

    That would work on any gsm, just will get 3g only on t-mobile

    Actually, it would get 3G not only T-Mobile (USA), but T-Mobile (Europe), AT&T, Canadian telcos, as well as several carriers in Europe, et al.
