as the title states, I am thinking of rooting, but only if there are other baseband radios to root for, my Droid gets 3-4 bars 3G, and the SF gets 1 if im lucky, not very good for tethering or even txting, so is there any way to improve signal if there is no alternative basebands? I've heard of having your phone in a steel pot will improve signal, or even "redneck rig" a antenna out of tinfoil.
