If my rooted HTC Incredible can't receive and install OTA updates, will the 2am reboot loop stop?

I'm running the CWM, S-off, with 4.08.605.15 I installed from here:

If you are on the most current software(which it seems you are) it shouldn't try to reboot, but would be interested to hear if it is.

Yup. Around 4am for at least an hour, repeatedly. I went to sleep with it rebooting repeatedly, and woke up unable to restart it. Removed the battery, restarted and it seems to be working now - let's see what happens tonight. I'm sure the same thing.

Ok, well, IDK what it was. I went into the recovery, cleared the caches (Dalvik etc.) but I wasn't very methodical about keeping track. Anyhow, it appears I have satisfaction! Somehow, the phone seems to have "settled down" and it doesn't appear to be rebooting in the a.m., as of last night. The freezing also seems to have resolved itself, but we'll give it a week or so to be sure.
