KL1 was released by orange this month which is 2.3.6 so it could be that.

its updating right now, it did say kl1, why on earth would they give me 2.3.6 a few days before 4? lol

aww it was just 2.3.6, i was on 2.3.4, omg whats the point in that? will ics only update from 2.3.6 is that why i have to go to that fw first?

I got this 2.3.6 update two days ago as i was on 2.3.5....i too thought it might have been ICS when i initially saw the update confirmation on Kies.....what a let down that was......altho i have noticed a couple of changes with 2.3.6.....the most obvious one was that the wallpaper now scrolls thru instead of stopping at the first or last home screen...web browsing is also noticibly quicker...the predictive text has also undergone a little tweak up.

I am under the sense that 2.3.6 is required to be able to accept ICS....I may be wrong but my instincts tell me why update to 2.3.6 when ICS is on the way if 2.3.6 wasn't necessary to be able to accept ICS......

Come on Orange.....shape yerselves.....me and my S2 are waiting !!!!
